To Play: You deal out all the cards to the people and don't look at them. The first player turns over the card and if it is a one it is put in the middle, if it is not a one it is put face up so that everyone can see it. The second player takes their top car and and again if it is not a one it is put face up, and so forth for the rest of the players. The first person goes again and if they can put their card on someone else's pile say person one has a 9 and person two has an 8 they can place their 9 on person two's 8, if it cannot be place in the middle. The middle piles you can only work 1-15 in a consecutive row, as with other people's pile can go up or down eg. 7,8,7,6,7,6,5, etc. once you are at 15 only a 14 can be placed on it. Then player one takes from the face down pile and plays it where needed. Say s/he put it face up infront of him where it could be placed in the middle or on somebody else's pile and if the other players notice it they yell "Flinch".

So you always work from your face up pile first then see if it can be placed in the middle and if not on other people's cards and if not leave it on your pile. Once you complete that you may now take from your face down pile and then look at the middle pile first and then other people's piles and if you get rid of that card you pick up another one and so forth.

The object of the game is to get rid of all your cards.
